Due to the phenomenal success of Saturday's bake sale, we're doing it again!

Sunday, March 13
8 AM 'til 2 PM
at Taco Xpress, 2529 South Lamar

Volunteers from Zilker Elementary, the South Lamar Neighborhood Association, AustinMama.com and across the city.

An old-fashioned bake sale to raise money for tsunami survivors in Arugambay (photos), a small coastal village in southeastern Sri Lanka. Read our press release for information on how Arugambay was selected, the type of assistance the village has already received, and how future donations will be used.

The sale will take place Saturday, March 12, from 9 AM until 1 PM.
Sunday, March 13, from 8 AM until 2 PM.

We need volunteers to bake, sell, and promote this event, and of course we need folks to buy the goodies! Take a look at our list of volunteer opportunities to see how you can help.

If you can't bake or otherwise volunteer, you can always show your support by shopping at the sale! And if you cannot attend, we welcome your donations no matter how small.
